Old Durbar 12 Years Old undergoes a unique triple cask maturation process: first in Ex-Bourbon casks in Scotland for 12 years, then in Oloroso sherry casks for one year in Nepal, and finally in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for an additional year. This meticulous ageing results in a whisky imbued with flavors of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits, and sherry sweetness.
